Bar-B Barn Ribs

2 lbs Ribs – par boiled

2 cups brown sugar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup apple sauce

½ cup lemon juice

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp garlic

Mix all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil 1-2 minutes. Pour over ribs and bake at 350F for 1 – 1 ½ hours, stirring only once or twice.
