Apple Crisp

About 15 servings

¾ cup margarine

1 ½ cups flour

1 ½ cups oatmeal

1 ½ cups brown sugar

15 apples, peeled and cored

4 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small saucepan on the stove or in a small bowl in the microwave, melt the margarine.

In a large bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, and brown sugar together.  Stir in melted margarine.

In 2 deep casserole dishes, place apples on the bottom.  Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the apples.

Top apples with flour mixture

Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are soft and bubbly.  Serve warm.
