Waskesiu Lake RCMP are now searching for two people who have been charged in connection with a woman who went missing, along with her vehicle, on Monday.
Police had been looking for Marina Henderson and the vehicle registered to her after both disappeared from the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
Henderson has been located and now two people have been charged. Thirty-year-old Kevin Brian Henderson of Prince Albert and 26-year-old Shantel Laureen Mike of Beardy's and Okemasis are both facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping, robbery, and two counts of stealing a motor vehicle.
Police were called to the Montreal Lake Medical Clinic shortly after 5 am to investigate an assault that occurred. The vehicle the assault occurred in had departed from the scene before police were able to attend.
If anyone has any information regarding the location of Henderson and Mike are asked to contact the Montreal Lake RCMP Detachment at 306-663-4420 or the nearest RCMP detachment. People may call Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
Police are warning the public to not approach these two individuals, saying they may be armed and dangerous.
