Bannock

Ingredients

  • 3 C flour
  • 3 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 Cup bacon lard or fat
  • 1 Cup water

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in fat, and then stir in water.

Press out to 1 inch thick on cookie sheet and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
