Taco Seasoning Mix

• ¼ c dried minced onion
• 2 Tbsp chill powder
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp chrushed dried red pepper flakes
• 1 ½ tsp oregano
• 1 Tbsp salt or seasoning salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Brown beef and drain. Mix 2 Tbsp and ½ cup water per 1 lb ground beef. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover pan and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Can be stored for 6 months.
